RICS – RISE Corporate Support Scheme Badge
Our Surveying Graduate Development Programme has been awarded the RISE Corporate Support Scheme badge by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
This badge is reserved for companies supporting their employees on their journey to RICS Qualification and is a huge endorsement of our established development initiatives, which provide a defined pathway for our up-and-coming and existing surveyors to advance their careers.
Be Guided by the Best
Each graduate is assigned a mentor — a member of our senior management team who will guide you on your journey with us. The mentor highlights key learnings, explains how projects come together and structures work in ways that ensure you gain the most expertise.
Over the duration of the programme, the work with your mentor will be complemented by bespoke training modules.
We are seeking either graduates or final-year candidates in degrees for civil/structural engineering, building services, BIM, geomatics, construction management, or quantity surveying.
To apply send us your CV and an essay (max. 1,000 words, or two A4 pages in 12.pt font). The essay needs to; provide an example of an occasion when you worked as part of a team to achieve an objective, explain why you are attracted to the construction industry and outline what you wish to get out of our Graduate Development Programme.
