Graduate Development Programme
We offer two Graduate Development Programmes designed to optimise the required skillsets respectively for:
Quantity Surveying
The Quantity Surveying (QS) Graduate programme provides a structured learning environment that is complemented with real world experience on project sites. Our ambition is to empower you to achieve professional accreditation and chartership.
Split into 24 modules over two years, you will learn the technical and soft skills required to become a well rounded Quantity Surveyor and will have your own mentor throughout that period ensuring all objectives and goals are met.
Construction
This programme exposes candidates to all aspects of the construction process, developing engineers, planners, and construction managers through blending practical experience, technical learning and professional development.
The programme runs over a 30-month period and offers bespoke modules on areas such as Quality, Commercial, Technical, Project Management, and Law & Building Services. As with our QS programme, you will be assigned a mentor to ensure that you are developing all elements of expertise to make you truly effective in your chosen field.
