Woodbrook Development

Just over 11 months on site at the Woodbrook Residential Development, steady progress continues to be made across this 406 unit scheme for our client Castlethorn. In Block A, the courtyard podium slab and first floor structural screed pour are now complete. Block B has reached an important milestone with the second floor structural screed pour completed, precast wall installation progressing from Level 2 to Level 3, and the main civil works finished. In Block C, the fifth floor structural screed pour is complete, precast walls are advancing from Level 5 to Level 6, brickwork and window installation from Ground to Level 3 are finished, and the benchmark apartment has now reached painting stage. Externals are also progressing well, with slip form base kerbs and base course tarring installed across the road network, reflecting continued momentum across structure, envelope, and external works.
