Theatre at Work – Dexcom

With the project nearing completion, we wanted to ensure that our hard working Dexcom team could continue to maintain their focus on safety. We turned to Theatre at Work who presented ‘The Final Push’ to deliver the message in a refreshing style. They dramatised real workplace scenarios that can occur as a project reaches its conclusion, giving our own people a chance to reflect and digest the message. There were a lot of valuable conversations following the session on the importance of small decisions in keeping everyone safe.

Safety remains at the heart of everything we do, and has been a source of great pride on the Dexcom project, but we all know how fragile it can be so an opportunity to reset and re-focus is incredibly valuable.
