Mike McLoughlin

Mike McLoughlin holds a degree in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin and postgraduate diplomas in both Health and Safety in Construction and Project Management from Trinity College Dublin. With over 20 years of experience at John Paul Construction, Mike has been central to the company’s health, safety, and sustainability strategy. As Group EHS Director, he leads initiatives that promote behavioural safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility across all operations. Mike has been instrumental in developing the company’s EHS systems and sustainability framework and represents John Paul Construction on several industry committees, including the CIF Safety, Health and Welfare Subcommittee. His leadership is defined by a relentless focus on safety excellence and continuous improvement across every project.
