Henry Scanlon

Henry Scanlon has more than 26 years of experience in the Irish and UK construction industries, spanning both quantity surveying and project management. Since joining John Paul Construction in 2004, he has been central to the development of the company’s civil engineering capability. As Managing Director of the Civil Engineering Division, Henry oversees all activities across the company’s civil engineering portfolio, including the management of large-scale infrastructure and complex transport projects. He has particular expertise in live traffic management and the safe delivery of projects in challenging operational environments. Henry’s practical experience, technical knowledge, and leadership ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
