Helen Forbes

Helen Forbes is responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, ensuring that talent development, engagement, and leadership practices align with John Paul Construction’s business objectives. She has extensive experience in strategic human resources management across the financial and construction sectors. Before joining John Paul Construction, Helen held senior roles with Aviva in both London and Dublin, most recently as People Director for Aviva Ireland. She also spent 16 years with GE in a variety of advancing HR positions. As Group People Director, Helen oversees all aspects of people and culture, supporting the recruitment and retention of top talent while ensuring that employees are equipped with the skills and support to develop professionally and personally.
