Gary Mitchell

Gary Mitchell joined John Paul Construction in 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience in quantity surveying across Ireland and the UK. A graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology with a BSc in Property Economics, he also holds a BTech Diploma in M&E Cost Management from Southbank University and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Gary’s experience spans multiple sectors, including mission critical, commercial, residential, and high-technology projects. He has extensive knowledge of major contract forms such as JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and CMA. As Commercial Director, Gary provides strategic oversight of all commercial operations, combining foresight, technical understanding, and analytical precision to achieve consistent project and business success.
