David Kelly

David Kelly joined John Paul Construction in 2015 and has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. A graduate of DIT Kevin Street, he holds a degree and Higher Certificate in Electrical Services Engineering. David has led major MEP projects across Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East, covering sectors such as data centres, substations, life sciences, manufacturing, and retail. As MEP Director, he oversees the design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation. David is recognised for his strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and collaborative leadership, which contribute to efficient project execution and lasting client partnerships.
