David Dillon

David Dillon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a graduate of the University of Galway. His career began in the aviation industry with Aer Lingus before he joined CRH plc, where he spent over 25 years in senior leadership roles across the United States and Europe. As a member of CRH’s Executive Committee, he served as President of Strategy and Development and later as President of CRH Europe, with responsibility for operations in 28 countries, 32,000 employees, and annual sales of $13 billion. As Non-Executive Director, David brings extensive international business experience and strategic insight to the Board, supporting John Paul Construction’s continued growth and governance excellence.
