David Behan

David Behan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics and Management, a Diploma in Construction Law, and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors. Since joining John Paul Construction in 2003, he has played a key role in the commercial management of projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, civil infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceutical, data centres, and higher education. As Commercial Director, David applies his technical knowledge and collaborative approach to ensure the successful commercial delivery of projects. His broad sector experience, combined with strong leadership and attention to detail, ensures value-driven outcomes for clients and sustainable business performance.
