Bronagh Carty

Bronagh Carty is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors. She graduated from DIT Bolton Street and holds a postgraduate diploma in Property Development from the University of Ulster, as well as having completed a senior leadership programme at the Irish Management Institute. Since joining John Paul Construction in 2016, Bronagh has played a key role in strengthening the company’s presence in the western region, building strong relationships with clients and the supply chain. As Commercial Director, she oversees all commercial activity across a diverse portfolio of projects. Her strategic mindset, technical expertise, and commitment to collaboration underpin her focus on delivering best value and long-term success for clients and partners.
