Liam Kenny

Liam Kenny holds an MSc in Construction Project Management and has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry across Ireland and the Middle East. Since joining John Paul Construction in 2004, he has played a central role in guiding the company’s strategic growth. In 2011, Liam was instrumental in establishing Absal Paul Contracting in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, where he was responsible for its strategic management and the successful delivery of major projects across the region. He was subsequently made Managing Director of John Paul Construction in 2019 and has  extensive experience delivering complex projects for global organisations in the research and development, pharmaceutical, data, logistics, commercial, and residential sectors. As Chief Executive Officer, Liam provides strong leadership focused on excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across all areas of the business.
