Conrad Shannon

Conrad Shannon brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry across Ireland and the UK. A graduate of London Southbank University with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying, he also holds a professional diploma in Arbitration from UCD and a postgraduate certificate in Adjudication from NUI Maynooth. Conrad joined John Paul Construction in 2017 and has been closely involved in the commercial management of multiple landmark projects. As Commercial Director, he is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Conrad’s technical expertise, commercial acumen, and balanced approach to project delivery support the company’s reputation for reliability and excellence.
