Quality Auditor (Systems)

Location: Dublin

Position Overview:

The Quality Auditor position plays a crucial role in successful Project Delivery. This position involves monitoring and evaluating construction processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality projects and will work in conjunction with the Quality Auditor (Sites) to deliver a whole of project health assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Safety:

  • Site safety is paramount, participation in the site safety program is vital.
  • As is being a safety leader on site and leading by example.

2.Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct, in person, audits of construction projects per the agreed audit schedule.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, company standards and project specifications.

3.Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting findings, deviations, and recommended corrective actions.

4.Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in quality management.
  • Propose and implement approved corrective and preventive actions to address recurring issues.

5.Collaboration:

  • Support the Quality Department in achieving department goals.
  • Support the Project Quality Champions and Leads.

6.Risk Management:

  • Assist the project to identify potential risks to quality and quality risks early in the construction process.

Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • 5 years Construction / Engineering experience.
  • Previous experience in construction quality assurance or a similar role, desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.

Travel will be required but ordinarily will be of short duration. This will include travel to the UK and mainland Europe as part of the regular audit cycle.
