As we continue to grow, we are now seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our team and support our expanding portfolio of Dublin-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed contract and project programmes, including monthly progress reports.
  • Track progress trends, outputs, and resource performance to strengthen planning insights across the business.
  • Deliver all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and live projects, ensuring high-quality, accurate outputs.
  • Work closely with project teams to support planning, forecasting, and programme management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, the supply chain, and project stakeholders.
  • Carry out short- to medium-term planning reviews, providing clear, impartial insights to help identify risks and opportunities.
  • Challenge, analyse, and propose alternative construction strategies to drive continuous improvement across our projects.

Requirements

  • A relevant third-level qualification.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven planning and scheduling experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Primavera P6Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
