Donore Project Launch

We were delighted to host The Land Development Agency (LDA), Dublin City Council, and local community groups for the official launch of construction at the Donore Project in Dublin 8.

This landmark development in the heart of the South Inner City will deliver 542 new homes – including 389 cost-rental and 153 social housing apartments – providing much-needed, high-quality housing for Dublin.

We were honoured to hear from:

• James Browne TD, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage
• John Coleman, Chief Executive of the LDA

• Liam Kenny, Managing Director of John Paul Construction

We are delivering this project using modern construction techniques such as precast concrete frames and pre-finished walls with cast-in services, helping us to enhance both time efficiency and build quality.
