Donore Development

We celebrated a major milestone last week at Donore Residential Development with the topping out of DCC6, the first building to reach this milestone.

Working on behalf of The Land Development Agency, in partnership with Dublin City Council, this 52,355m2 development at the heart of the South Inner City will deliver 542 new homes – including 389 cost-rental and 153 social housing apartments – providing much needed, high-quality housing for Dublin.
