Constructionarium

Our graduate teams recently spent an informative week in Norfolk with Constructionarium Ltd, taking part in an immersive learning experience that brought classroom knowledge into real site conditions.

Working together to build The Barcelona Tower, the team navigated many of the challenges that come with live projects, including changing weather, limited daylight, and shifting responsibilities. It was a hands-on opportunity to put their technical skills into practice while drawing on teamwork, communication, negotiation, and decision making to deliver the structure on time.

Experiences like this are an important part of our Graduate Development Programme, helping our people gain confidence, strengthen relationships, and understand the realities of project delivery in a supportive environment.
