Castleforbes Development

Progress continues at pace on the Castleforbes Development for our client, Eagle Street Partners, where the first handover is now complete. It is great to see the first residents moving into their new homes, marking an important milestone for everyone involved.

Block C2, the landmark building on the project, is now in its final stages, with quality checks and commissioning ongoing ahead of handover.

In the East Blocks, power has been switched on in the first apartments, and scaffold is being removed across several elevations as we prepare for the next phase of works, including the start of landscaping and external finishes.

Across the site, teams are working closely between fitout, testing, and finishing activities to maintain momentum. Well done to all our teams, partners, and supply chain for their continued work in moving Castleforbes toward completion.
