Project Overview

This project involves the detailed design, construction and fitout of 287 apartments and a crèche over basement. The apartments are arranged across six new blocks ranging in height from one to eleven storeys.

Various elements of the build are manufactured off-site to increase programme predictability and allow for a faster pace of construction. These off-site innovations include a precast concrete twin wall frame, cast-in electrical services in precast walls, an exhaust air heat pump system and Sapphire glide-on balconies, along with pre-assembled bathroom pods.

Tenant amenities include landscaped gardens and courtyards, an outdoor children’s playground, underground car parking, and concierge service.
