Bausch + Lomb Area 9 Expansion

We are delighted to have another successful project handed over to our long-time client Bausch + Lomb Ireland.

The 9,400m² Area 9 Expansion in Waterford features new production facilities, offices and staff accommodation along with loading bays and a new plant room.

There were also significant site works such as staff parking facilities and alterations to internal road network, a new 1,200m2 warehouse and a high specification office fitout.

A great team effort and thank you to all the Design Team members, our supply-chain and the JPC delivery team involved in the completion of this outstanding project.
