Ardee Point Student Accommodation

We recently completed the Ardee Point Student Accommodation project in Dublin, providing 368 student beds arranged across three 6 to 8 storey blocks, with a high-specification fitout throughout.  The development will provide much-needed student accommodation in the city centre, and is operated by Nido Student.  

Nido mobilised and fully leased the building prior to the September student check in, and have received excellent reviews from residents since opening.  Well done to all the teams involved in getting this project over the line.
