Investing in Future Talent

Our summer placement programme has proven incredibly successful in attracting future talent to both John Paul Construction and the industry as a whole.

As our 2025 programme drew to a close we invited all our placements back to Head Office for a morning of feedback, learning and interaction.

We find this day invaluable as we hear their insights from experiencing our projects on the ground and we can outline the promise of our Graduate Development Programmes in Engineering and Quantity Surveying. Many of our placement students often progress to graduate roles within John Paul Construction and the early exposure to our ways of working gives them a great advantage.
