Ian Cahill

Ian Cahill joined John Paul Construction in 2023 and brings extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate strategy, and governance. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a graduate of University College Dublin, Ian has held senior finance positions in both private and publicly listed businesses, including Group Head of Finance at Cairn Homes plc, Director of Finance at ConvaTec Group plc, and Corporate Finance Director at Elan Corporation plc. As Chief Financial Officer, Ian is responsible for financial strategy, performance, and risk management, supporting the company’s continued growth and long-term stability. His strong analytical and strategic capabilities ensure a disciplined approach to investment and sustainable business performance.
