Keith McConville

Keith McConville is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience across the Irish and UK construction markets. He holds a BSc in Construction Economics and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology and an MSc in Strategic Procurement from Dublin City University. Since joining John Paul Construction in 2003, Keith has developed broad commercial expertise across a variety of sectors, supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. As Commercial Director, he is responsible for cost management, supply chain management, and risk management across the company’s portfolio. Keith’s strategic thinking, strong leadership, and collaborative approach ensure the consistent achievement of project objectives while maintaining value and efficiency for clients. His experience in early contractor involvement contributes to optimised project outcomes and long-term partnerships.
