Windmill Lane Mixed Development

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the main contract for Hibernia REIT and Starwood Capital Groups €42 million 1 Windmill Lane Development (1WML).

The spectacular 1WML, located in the heart of Dublin’s dock lands is comprised of a 6 storey over basement office building with a floor space of 14,181 sq.m. and a 7 storey residential building with retail space at ground floor. The development will be completed mid 2017 providing best in class new office space in Dublin’s SOBO (South of Beckett O’Casey) district.
