Sandyford Central: Practical Completion achieved

We are delighted to have achieved practical completion on our Sandyford Central project. The project was delivered four months ahead of schedule, through the utilisation of off-site manufacturing, which reduced the delivery program and personnel hours on the project.

The development contains 564 apartments spread over six distinct blocks, anchored by a landmark 18 storey tower that will act as a focal point for the surrounding area. The scheme introduces a pedestrian connection between the Stillorgan Luas stop and existing residential and retail zones in the Sandyford Business District via a new landscaped thoroughfare.
