Michael Kelly

Michael is a Chartered Civil Engineer who graduated from UCD before beginning his career as a site engineer. He progressed through the ranks and worked on projects in Ireland and Poland as a project manager before joining John Paul Construction in 2014. Michael has been involved in many of our most prestigious projects, from tender stage, across various sectors. In his role, he manages the planning department and works closely with the estimating team as bid manager. Michael has a particular focus on early contractor involvement and value engineering to ensure a collaborative approach with client and design team.
