Gary Howard

Gary Howard joined John Paul Construction in 2016 and leads the company’s Mission Critical business. A graduate of University College Dublin with a BA (Hons), he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, a Diploma in Construction Law, and an Executive MBA from Liverpool John Moores University. Gary is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has over 20 years of experience in the Irish construction industry. His portfolio includes the delivery of more than 100MW of IT load across Ireland and the Middle East, along with major infrastructure and industrial developments. As Construction Director, Gary is responsible for driving project performance, safety, and quality, while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships built on transparency and trust.
