David Behan

Since joining John Paul Construction in 2003, David has been an integral part of our surveying department, holding several positions including Senior Contract Surveyor and Senior Commercial Manager. In 2023, he was promoted to Associate Director for Surveying. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics and Management, a Diploma in Construction Law and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors.

In his current role, David utilises his technical knowledge and collaborative, solution driven ethic to ensure the successful commercial delivery of our projects. Having been involved in a diverse range of construction projects throughout his career, David has developed a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of sectors, including residential, commercial, civil infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceutical, data centres and higher education.
