National Gallery of Ireland – Major Refurbishment works

The Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht Jimmy Deenihan TD visited the National Gallery to announce the commencement of a major €26m refurbishment programme which will result in a significant improvement in the gallery’s fabric and function. Eamon Booth, MD of John Paul Construction expressed his delight to be awarded the main contract and noted the company’s earlier restoration works on the award winning Turner Curvilinear Range and Palm House at the Botanic Gardens for the Office of Public Works.
