John Paul appointed to deliver landmark Parkgate Street Development

John Paul Construction has been appointed to deliver the Parkgate Street residential development in Dublin City on behalf of the Land Development Agency (LDA) and Castlethorn.

Located in the city centre, the development will provide 562 new homes across four residential blocks. The scheme includes Parkgate Pointe, a 30-storey tower that will reach 102 metres in height and is set to become Ireland’s tallest building. The tower will contain 198 apartments, with the remaining homes delivered across three additional blocks ranging from 10 to 13 storeys.

The development will also feature a number of roof terraces and a landscaped communal courtyard. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2029.
