Graduate Development Programme 2023

Congratulations to the first cohort of graduates who completed our Engineers Ireland CPD accredited Graduate Development Programme. To mark the occasion, we hosted a graduation ceremony, where our future leaders gave presentations to our executive team, showcasing the skills and knowledge they developed over the course of the programme on topics such as quality, safety, innovation and sustainability.

This was followed by the awarding of graduation certificates, a gift acknowledging their achievement, and a celebratory lunch.
