Elm Park Block D
Chartered Land acting on behalf of Starwood Capital have appointed John Paul Construction to complete the conversion of Block D of the landmark Elm Park Development on Merrion Road to 16,500 m2 of Grade A Offices.
Block D at Elm Park is an existing 8 storey building above the podium slab, and was originally completed in 2007 to shell and core only with the layout developed for a proposed hotel and hospital. We have been appointed to reconfigure the building for commercial office space, which will require major structural alterations to be completed including the reconfiguration of the two main cores to the building, the addition of floor space to the existing Winter Garden and the opening up of a double height space at the new reception area.
Following the completion of the structural alterations the building will be fitted out to Grade A office space including new entrances, common areas, basement changing facilities and external landscaping.
