Construction begins at Dún Brí
Construction of the Dún Brí residential development in Dublin 14 has officially commenced, following a sod-turning event attended by representatives from the Government, the Land Development Agency (LDA) and project partners.
John Paul Construction will deliver the 934-home development on behalf of the LDA, supporting the delivery of much-needed housing supply for Dublin, while further enhancing the local community of Dundrum.
The event was attended by An Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne, and Minister of State for Local Government and Planning, John Cummins.
As works progress, the focus will remain on delivering the development safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, while working closely with all stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
