Charlestown Residential Development

We have been engaged by Tribal Developments to construct 377 apartments as part of the existing Charlestown Development in Finglas. Six new apartment blocks, will be constructed over the operational basement carpark. We have been involved from a very early stage and assisted in the development of the design from outline planning information to the final construction status design. Liaising closely with the design team, we led the development of an innovative precast concrete frame solution with composite external wall panels that combines the architectural concrete façade with the structural internal leaf and integrated inset pre-finished concrete balconies. This modular construction solution will assist the delivery of the project within a two year programme.
