Charlestown Residential Development

We are delighted to have handed over the Charlestown residential development in December 2021. This design and build project is comprised of six new apartment blocks containing 377 one and two-bedroom apartments, communal gardens and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms.

Innovations and off-site construction utilised throughout the development included a precast concrete frame, large pre-finished concrete balconies along with bathroom pods. This substantially reduced the amount of on-site labour and ensured a high quality finish with zero defects at handover, forming a benchmark for all of our future residential developments.
