Mick Kelly

Mick Kelly is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience across the construction industry in Ireland and Europe. He joined John Paul Construction in 2014 and has managed many of the company’s most significant projects from tender stage through to completion. Mick’s expertise spans sectors including data centres, pharmaceutical, med-tech, food and beverage, commercial, and industrial. As Managing Director for Germany, he leads the company’s operations in the region, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Mick places a strong emphasis on early contractor involvement and value engineering, working closely with clients and design teams to achieve innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable project outcomes.
