Miesian Plaza, Dublin

John Paul Construction have recently been appointed as main contractor for the €69 Million redevelopment of the Iconic Miesian Plaza, 50-58 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin, formerly the Bank of Ireland headquarters.

Completion of the redevelopment will be on a phased handover and the works comprise the removal and refurbishment of the existing protected bronze façade, a new extension to Block A, remodelling of existing cores throughout and fit-out to include full replacement of all finishes, mechanical, electrical and lift installations.
