Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a great opportunity to work across a wide variety of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Residential, Civil, and transport infrastructure and many more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Ideally previous projects will include;  Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Residential, Civil, and transport infrastructure 
  • Tier 1 main contractor experience – ideally in Ireland, UK or overseas
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
