Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Project Engineer for our midlands based projects.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial, and a strong knowledge of fit-out's on similar projects.

  • Experienced construction professional that can lead a team of engineers.
  • Essential to have internal fit out experience, ideally clean room construction but this is not essential.
  • Familiar with BcAR and QA/QC procedures.
  • Experience liaising with Design teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical advice on the project
  • Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors
  • Perform technical verification of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings
  • Implement QA procedures, including concrete pre- and post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site
  • Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports

Requirements

  • Relevant third-level degree
  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with a main contractor
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
