Castleforbes Residential Development

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the design and build contract for the Castleforbes residential development project, involving the construction of 702 apartments in Dublin’s north docklands.

This project will aim to address the needs of private rental, social and affordable housing sectors. Upon completion, the development will feature 508 studios and one-bed units, 179 two-bed apartments and 15 three-bed apartments. These accommodations will be spread across eight blocks, with a prominent 18-storey residential tower serving as the focal point of the development.

Throughout the project, we will be utilising offsite and modern methods of construction, drawing from our learnings on previous projects to apply new and innovative construction techniques. We look forward to collaborating with our valued client Eagle Street Partners, design team and supply chain partners to ensure excellence and quality is delivered.
