Bid & Estimating Administrator

As a Bid & Estimating Administrator, you will work closely with the existing team to support a range of tasks. Your role will focus on assisting with, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the estimating team throughout the tender and bidding process.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading tender documents and submissions.
  • Help gather and organise project information, drawings, and specifications for estimates.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases to support estimating activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain quotations and information.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the estimating function by carrying out delegated tasks as required.
  • Work closely with colleagues to learn and develop within the pre-construction/estimating environment.
