Hibernia REIT have appointed us to complete the final piece of the SOBO District jigsaw, 2 Windmill Lane (2WML), a 5,000 m² 5 storey over basement office block with a 1,000 m² gym at ground level.

We are delighted to be delivering the SOBO District for Hibernia REIT, which is comprised of 1WML, 2WML, 1SJRQ and significant public realm upgrades. On completion the SOBO District will provide over 35,000 m² of grade a office space for Dublin City.
