Pink line graphic icon of a multi-story building next to a leaf, positioned to the left of a vertical line and the text "HARCOURT SQUARE" on a white background.

Modular Rebar System

The system reduced on-site fixing time by 75%, cut crane hook time, eliminated rebar waste, and decreased deliveries by 35%, all helping to lower our carbon footprint.

100% Recycled Aluminium Façade

Over 200 tonnes of aluminium façade framing were installed. Made entirely from recycled aluminium, this choice supports circular economy principles and significantly reduces embodied carbon in the building envelope.
