The attainment of Operational Excellence across our project delivery remains a key priority for the business. A key component of this is the relentless focus to look at how we can do things better, drive increased efficiency in operations, and improve every day.

Our LEAN philosophy is driven from board level and involves a collaborative, entrepreneurial and integrated approach from all members of the John Paul Construction team along with designers and supply chain. This commitment has fostered our dynamic, knowledge driven customer focused concentration on eliminating waste and creating value. Innovation and ideas for improvement are welcomed and encouraged at all levels throughout the organisation and specifically on our projects.

We have invested significantly in LEAN training to date and adopted LEAN principles across all stages and processes within the organisation. We have deployed the LAST PLANNER system across all of our projects.

This approach creates a collaborative environment that enables the organization to improve and learn while providing better solutions throughout the business resulting in exceptional client value and experience.
