This commitment has fostered our dynamic, knowledge driven customer focused concentration on eliminating waste and creating value. Innovation and ideas for improvement are welcomed and encouraged at all levels throughout the organisation and specifically on our projects.
We have invested significantly in LEAN training to date and adopted LEAN principles across all stages and processes within the organisation. We have deployed the LAST PLANNER system across all of our projects.
