Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Leinster

The Mechanical Project Manager position plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services. They will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects and contribute to growth and success.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle from
  • Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
  • Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities
  • Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project
  • Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
  • Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.
  • Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services
  • Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team

Specific Requirements

  • Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Mechanical Engineering trade.
  • 7 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
  • Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience in Med-tech, Pharma, Industrial, Datacentre.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
