MEP Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dublin city

Due to continued expansion we require an M&E Quantity Surveyor with M&E packages experience for a role based in the Dublin region, assigned to various projects.

Key responsibilities

  • In depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems and their associated costs.
  • Responsible for the management of the Mechanical and Electrical pricing documents for tender packages pre-contract and project.
  • Handling M&E package queries during tender period.
  • Commercial evaluation of M&E tender submissions.
  • Ensure effective delivery of M&E commercial requirements of the tender and project.
  • Manage commercial contracts – Track design/construction work accordingly.

Specific Requirements

  • Relevant Third level Degree.
  • 5-10 years’ experience preferably with a main contractor.
  • Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of MEP cost management services.
  • Previous projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects is preferred (Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres, Hi-Tech).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Excellent IT skills.
