  • Experience: Relevant third level qualification, good communication skills and a keen interest in developing a career in engineering. Previous engineering experience in the industry would be a distinct advantage.

BIM Coordinator

  • Role Description: Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan across the assigned project in conjunction with the delivery team.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years’ relevant experience.

MEP Services Coordinators

  • Role Description: Responsible for managing the day-to-day progression of the MEP services from start on site to practical completion.  Industrial/ Distribution/ Pharma/Health care experience preferable.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Location: Galway & Cork


Accounts Payable

  • Role Description: Processing and verifying of invoices, agreeing invoices, purchase orders and delivery dockets, Liaising with Sites/Managers invoice approval/queries, Managing the payment of suppliers, Reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years similar experience and preferably in Construction or similar sector.
  • Location: Dublin


Site Managers

  • Role Description: Responsible for the Site Management, Coordination & Delivery of onsite activities & management of resources to meet agreed project targets. Implement & deliver project objectives around H&S, Quality, Commercial and Programme.
  • Experience: 7+ years’ Site Management experience. Large scale commercial, residential, mixed use development projects.  RC Frame, experience beneficial.
  • Location: Dublin, Cork, Galway


Senior Engineer

  • Role Description: Responsible for the Management, Monitoring, Coordination & delivery of all Engineering functions to meet project objectives such as Health and Safety, Quality, Design, Technical Commercial and Programme.
  • Experience: 5+ years’ engineering experience
  • Location: Dublin & Cork


Site Engineer

  • Role Description: Responsible for the accurate setting out, monitoring & coordinating of works on site to deliver the project objectives including the areas of H&S, Technical and Design, Information Management and Quality.
  • Experience: 2-3 years engineering experience.
  • Location: Dublin, Cork, Waterford


Contract Surveyor

  • Role Description: Responsible for the management of all commercial aspects of the allocated section of works within a project and ensure the effective delivery and reporting of all the financial requirements of the project.
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience preferably with a main contractor.
  • Location: Galway


Health and Safety Advisor

  • Role Description: Responsible for the oversight, management and effective implementation of the EHS Management System on an assigned project.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Location: Greater Dublin Region & Greater Southern Region


Contracts Manager

  • Role Description: Fully responsible for all aspects of Project Delivery including H&S, Technical, Quality, Program and Commercial. Lead, manage and motivate the overall Project Team, driving a high-performance culture through developing people to their full potential.
  • Experience: Proven track record at Contracts Manager level with a minimum of 10-15 years construction experience.
  • Location: Dublin


Senior Estimator

  • Role Description: Prepare and manage the preparation of timely detailed and robust cost estimates in support of tender bids being developed and submitted during the tender process for a project.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years estimating experience.
  • Location: Dublin
